We do not require registration. Automatically collected information includes IP addresses, requested paths, HTTP methods, and technical/browser details necessary for service operation.

2. Emails and Content

We do not scan email content for advertising or profiling. Access occurs only if legally required. Outbound sending is not supported. Emails are encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL but end-to-end encryption (e.g., PGP) is not provided.

3. Retention and Deletion

Email addresses and their contents are automatically deleted after seven (7) days. Operational backups, if created, are temporary and deleted within a reasonable period.

4. Third-Party Providers

We use Hetzner (servers, storage), Cloudflare (network, content delivery), and VPS providers. These providers may process technical data required for service delivery and security.

5. Legal Compliance

We may disclose data or content if required to comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, or valid legal processes.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in Germany and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
